JULY 21^st

This Friday stated out with the Big Brothers and Sisters BBQ / Ride day event. Stormin’ Norman Mayhew, with the help of Steve Mayhew (ex CASCAR driver) , took the “bigs” and “littles” for some thrilling high speed rides in the Kawartha “Canadian Shield” ride car. Afterwards, everyone enjoyed hot dogs and a cold drink provided by the Team

In the evening, the #60 eagle.ca Dodge Intrepid performed well with a 5^th place in the heat race. The heat was followed by a 9^th place finish in the semi-feature race. The feature, which was full of excitement, surprises, a few cautions and some questionable restarts, left Stormin’ Norman with an 8^th place finish for the night.
